It was another grand day for the French Tarte. Quite a few folks dropped by this past Saturday as a result of the article in the Fall River
Herald and of course most of the "regulars" popped in for their usual assortments.
Almost every Saturday now Susie has been trying one or two new things and yesterday was no exception:
canele from Bordeaux and
Gateau Basque from the Pyrenees, two regional specialties that were gobbled up almost as fast as they came out of the oven. (No photos of the
canele, I'm afraid.)
