Road trip in the eastern United States
We just returned from a serious road trip covering a quarter of the United States: Vermont to Maine to Michigan to Virginia to Massachusetts and the Mini held her own against the SUVs and megatrucks that seem to dominate this country. On top of it all we were carrying a carload of stuff and pretty much living out of the backseat.
My only complaint is the damn turn signals: when you go to change lanes and want to use the turn signal quite often it won't shut off by itself since the wheel hasn't turned enough I suppose. Then it's like me trying to putt, when I attempt to turn the signal off, it goes first one way and then another, back and forth. Quite a nuisance.
